Kapaus River Danau Sentarum Park
Danau Sentarum is a National Park (DSNP), is a lake of the upper Kapuas River which are seasonally flooded by tropical rains, the water streams down from the cloud Rain Forest mountains.
Several Longhouses are found in the area of Danau Sentarum Park, The Iban longhouse of Sungal Sedik is located about 6 km. from the district center of Lanjak. The longhouse was a 14-household community containing about 100 residents. The Sedik River territory is a hunted area for the members of the at least five other longhouse Dayak communities of Lanjak.
West Kalimantan 's Danau Sentarum National Park wildlife has 120 species of fish, Among them are the Asian bony tongue, toman, betutu, jelawat, belida, ketutung, and the beautiful clown loach. Other animals like proboscis monkey, orangutan, estuarine crocodile, siamese crocodile, clouded leopard, great argus pheasant, false gavial, and wooly-necked stork also inhabit this national park.

Day: 02 SINTANG, KAPUS RIVER, SENTARUM LAKE, LANJAK (BLD)
Early breakfast at hotel, transfer to the harbour Semitau, to board the boat and cruise upstream Kapuas River to Danau Sentarum passing forest and villages. We cross Danau Sentarum lake to Lanjak, which give us a beautiful view of the nature and will spot of water birds. Lunch en route, dinner and overnight at Jungle Camp or Local house
Day: 03 SENTARUM LAKE, LANJAK (BLD)
Simple breakfast at Lanjak, then we start a loop trekking through the Jungle of Kalimantan over Lanjak Hill to Sedik River which has a beauty waterfall, during the trek we might can spot lot’s of wildlife as Orangutans, proboscis Monkeys and other animals, late afternoon we trek return to Lanjak for overnight at Jungle Camp or Local house, dinner provided
Day: 04 LANJAK, PUTUSSIBAU, PONTIANAK (B)
Early breakfast by boat upstream Kapuas river to Putussibau, by car transfer to the airport, where we connect for our flight to Pontianak, from where you can connect your flight (late afternoon) towards your next destination.
