Maratua Island in the Derawan archipel, is the largets and the most beautiful Island, with its long streched Palm beaches, make it a bounty island. Along the coastal line the wide jungles with plenty of orangutans, wildlife and authentic villages of indigenous tribes. The whale sharks at the Bay, and Lake Cermin (mirror lake) of fresh and salt water make the trip complete.

Upon arrival at Berau airport, meeting service, transfer by car/minibus to hotel, upon flight schedule possibility for sightseeing in town, to explore the live of the locals, dinner at local resataurant, overnight at hotel in Berau
Day 02: BERAU, BENUA BARU DAYAK VILLAGE, MERASA ORANGUTAN JUNGLE TREK, BERAU (BLD)
Breakfast at Hotel, transfer for about one hour by car to Benua Baru Dayak Kayan village, you are welcomed by a Dayak ceremony, and will explore the Dayak arts of Benua Baru are extra ordinary and vibrant designs, statutes and the characteristic flowing geometrical used in portraying scenes of jungle life comes from Chinese and Vietnamese Dong Son influences. Woman with the Long Ears and tattoo 's can be found here as one of the last memorable Dayak Culture signs, in the rapidly changing Kalimantan development, continue by car for about one hour to Merasa village along the Lesan river, to catch a motor-canoe upstream for about 2 hours, you will enjoy the scenery of the river banks filled with tranquil greenery of lowland and towering dipterocarps trees which remark as the start of getting into the dark Borneo Jungle, during the cruise you might spot various wildlife from otters, monkeys to birds species. Visit Pulau Bawan as the Orangutan Island in the Lesan River, afterwards a short jungle trek, upon the field condition, possibility to the waterfall, old Dayak grave and limestone cave. Late afternoon return by canoe to Merasa village to continue by car for about two hours to Berau hotel, lunch and dinner en route at local restaurants, overnight at hotel in Berau
Day 03: BERAU, MARATUA ISLAND(BLD)
Breakfast at hotel, free at own leisure till transfer to harbour Berau for speedboat sail to Maratua Island. Check in at Resort, free at own leisure, dinner at Resort.
Day 04: MARATUA ISLAND(BLD)
Breakfast at hotel, possibility of free at own leisure at your terrace to overlook the blue lagoon sea, soaking the swimming pool, or snorkelling the see reefs in front of the resort, kayaking the salt lake near the resort, or cycling the mangrove forest or Bajau fishermen’s villages at the island, dinner and overnight at Maratua Island Resort.
Day 05: MARATUA, SANGALAKI, KAKABAN, DERAWAN ISLAND (BLD)
Breakfast at the Resort, free at own leisure till transfer time to Sangalaki and Kakaban island, Sangalaki is know of it’s Huge Manta reef, where you can swim and snorkel with the Manta’s, also the green turtles can be found at the sea banks of this unhabituated island, Kakaban is known of it’s jelly fish lake, surrounded by the mangrove forest, with amazing view, underwater you can find it’s coral reef, and Cave point is a cave of about 120 meters long with at the end a Blue sea light, late afternoon we continue to Derawan, dinner and overnight at Resort
Day 06 : DERAWAN, WHALE SHARK, TALISAYAN HARBOUR, BIDUK BIDUK, LAKE CERMIN, KANIUNGAN ISLAND, TELUK SUMBANG VILLAGE (BLD)
Early Breakfast, before we take a speedboat at sunrise to the Whale shark point to watch the Whale Shark swimming at eight o’clock ( 08.00 am ) In sea in front of Talisayan village, Afterwards sightseeing in Talisayang as a traditional fishermens village, to see the activities of the fishermen, and also collecting bird nest as a value stuff, then we continue overland by car to Labuan Cermin lake which is a lake of 2 types of water, fresh and salt water, even the fish are fresh and salt water fish, we can swim in the lake, do snorkelling and enjoy the forest greenery around the lake, then we continue by car to Teluk Sulaiman where we cross the sea by small boat to Kaniungan Island, a small island in the most southern part of Berau district with beautiful beach and palm trees, lunch and dinner en route overnight at Resort
Day 07 : KANIUNGAN ISLAND, MANGROVE FOREST, TELUK SUMBANG VILLAGE, BIDADARI WATERFALLS (BLD)
After Breakfast upon the water tight we can trek or sail the mangrove forest with possibility to spot proboscis monkeys and visit the Dayak village where we can find long ear and tatoo woman as one of the last memorable Dayak Culture signs, in the rapidly changing Kalimantan development, the afternoon we trek the jungle to the Bidadari waterfall during your trek we might can spot wildlife as Gibbon, Proboscis Monkeys, and bears with lots of bird species, late Afternoon we return to the Resort in Kaniungan Island, for a beautiful sunset and dinner. Day 08 : KANIUNGAN ISLAND, BERAU (BL)
Breakfast at Resort, free at own leisure till transfer time to Berau, first we cross the sea by boat and then continue by car for about 6 hours to Berau, lunch en route arrival at Berau by late afternoon or early evening
